Tomato ½ kg (chopped)

Water (500ml)

Corn flour 1 tablespoon

Salt 1 teaspoon

Black pepper ½ teaspoon

Lemon juice 2 tablespoon

Sugar (ground) 2tablespoon

Cream (tetra pack)

Method to make tomato soup

First of all, grab a saucepan. Add 3 tablespoons of oil, onion, ginger, garlic, and beetroot. Carrot, potato, tomato in the saucepan and saute all these ingredients for 4-5 minutes on low flame to make tomato soup. You can use canned tomatoes for this purpose, but it’s always better to use fresh tomatoes since they are easily available and good for gut health. Add 500 ml water and let it cook until all the vegetables get soft to make tomato soup.

Let it cool for some time, and then the next step is to blend all these ingredients in a blender jug and stain it to make tomato soup. After staining it, we will get a puree, and it’s time to put puree again in the saucepan and turn the heat on. Add 3 tablespoons of water in 1 tablespoon cornflour and mix it with puree. 2 Green onion

Ginger 2 small pieces

1 Carrot (thin sliced)

Corn flour ¼ cup

2 Eggs (egg white only)

Tomato ketchup ½ cup

Tomato puree (2 tablespoons)

White pepper 1 teaspoon

Salt 1 teaspoon

White vinegar 1 teaspoon

Method to make tomato soup

To prepare gravy, take 8 cups of water in a saucepan. Then add chicken neck meat, green onion, ginger pieces, and carrots. Now cover the pan with the lid and cook until the water remains 4 cups. Your gravy is ready. Now stain this mixture in a bowl with the help of a stainer. Again pour this stained gravy into the saucepan and add tomato, ketchup, tomato puree, salt, white pepper, and vinegar in it.

Stir it well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. On the other side, add 2 tablespoons of water in cornflour, mix it, and add it into the saucepan.
