How to make caramel?

 Caramel is used to decorate many desserts, and we all love caramel desserts. So in this article, I will share my caramel recipe step by step so you can make it easily like a professional. We have to cook it on a very high flame, so be careful while preparing it to avoid burning.

Spread the sugar in a saucepan and place it on medium flame.

To make a hardball of caramel, fall a drop in cold water and make it hard with the help of your fingers. These hard caramel balls are used in fruits and sugar decorations.

If you want dark caramel, cook it more for a few minutes until you get a dark-brown golden color.

Dark caramel is used in bread and pudding decoration.

Turn off the flame and store your caramel in an airtight jar.

Fresh whipped cream


Add sugar in the pan with a half cup of water and start melting on medium flame.

Meanwhile, keep stirring the sugar so that it melts equally.

When all sugar melts and golden color, add whipped cream and keep stirring.

Cook for about 5 minutes and then turn off the flame.

Your caramel cream is ready to garnish your dessert with and enjoy with your beloved ones.

Tips to Make Caramel 

If you want to make dense caramel, you add a little water. Or add water from time to time if necessary.

If your caramel is too thick, you can heat it again by adding more water.

Use a wooden spoon to stir the caramel.

If some hard caramel sticks with a saucepan after cooling, add a little water and bring it to a boil. Caramels will become soft when they boil with water.
