Two tsp chili powder

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp turmeric

2 stalks celery

Oven tray

Aluminum foil

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl using your hands and then add wings in this mixture and toss it until evenly coated. Take an oven tray and grease it with the help of oil for better or whichever is available at home to bake chicken wings. It is better to use a brush for spreading oil in the whole dish. Then cover the dish with aluminum foil and arrange all the attachments on that tray to avoid overlapping to bake chicken wings.

Preheat the oven at 425 degrees and put the oven tray in it. Wait for 20 minutes, and then take the wings out. With the help of a tong, flip all the attachments and keep it again in the oven for 20 minutes more. While baking, prepare the seasoned mixture for the wings. Take 2 tsp of oil or butter in the saucepan. Now add chopped green onions, chopped jalapenos, salt, and pepper and stir until aroma comes out of it to bake chicken wings.

2 tsp soya sauce

2 tsp chili sauce

Two tsp garlic powder

2 tsp chili powder

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp turmeric

2 stalks celery

Oven tray

Aluminum foil

Tongs
