Preparation

  1. Add soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, chili sauce, chopped herbs, salt,  pepper, and sugar in a bowl and mix.
  2. Put the marination in a plastic sealable bag and put pork chops in it.
  3. Shake the bag well so that the marination spreads evenly on the chops.
  4. Place tha marinated chops bag in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  5. Dont marinate the chope for a whole day. It makes the chops hard.
  6. Now mix the egg and milk in a glass bowl. Add the bread crumbs to the plate.
  7. Start dipping the pork chops in the milk-egg mixture and hold the pork chop on the side of the bowl so that the extra egg mixture drains off.
  8. Cover the chops with bread crumbs. The egg mixture works well to bind bread crumbs on the chops.
  9. After coating with all chops, place them on a baking tray.
  10. Place the baking tray in the preheated microwave at 220 degrees.
  11. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  12. First, you have to bake for 15 minutes for one side and then flip the chops to bake evenly on both sides. Bake for 20 minutes again.

Baked pork chops with potatoes and onions

Ingredients

  • Pork chops
  • Garlic paste
  • Vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Bbq sauce
  • Manchester sauce
  • All-purpose floor 
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato ketchup

Preparation

  1. After washing and peeling the potatoes, cut them nicely in the same cubes. Same with onions.
  2. Take a bowl and add vinegar, all sauces, garlic paste, olive oil, flour, salt, and pepper in it, and mix well.
  3. Put the pork chops in it and cover them with this marination.
  4. Wait for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, take potatoes and onions in a bowl and add tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, and a thread of olive oil. Mix well.
  6. Place the potatoes and onions on the baking tray covered with aluminum foil. The use of aluminum foil prevents the steaking of food while baking.
  7. Bake them for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
  8. When the time is over, stir the potatoes and onions and set them in the edges of the tray, and now in the central place the marinated pork chops.

  9. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees. 
  10. When the time is over, flip the chops so that they bake on the other side, and you can also pour the remaining marination on it.
  11. Bake again for 15 minutes.
  12. Check the chops by cutting from a sharp knife that they dont remain pink from inside.
  13. Remove from banking tray and serve these vegetables and chops with mustard sauce.
  14. You can garnish them with parsley or nuts and enjoy.
