Someone being in a state of “functioning at a satisfactory level of emotional and behavioral adjustment” can be defined as Mental Health.  It is basically the state of mental well-being or also the state of when mental illness is absent.

When we talk about mental health, we talk about a person’s ability to enjoy life. Not just that, but mental health also includes one person’s ability to balance daily life activities and efforts to achieve emotional stability. A persons ‘mental health’ is affected by many aspects of life.

The feeling of loss, difference, fear, sadness or so on, has a constant way of coming to us with different life incidents, affecting our mental health. Here we are going to talk about mental health, its factors, how mental health is destroyed by mental illness and whether it can be cured and/or prevented or not.

Can Mental Health Be Cured?

The cure for mental illness is not impossible as a series of therapies and medications may lead to recovery. But, how soon or how much a person’s mental health can be recovered. That depends on how much mental illness has increased.

Medication, according to the person’s condition; paired with some psychotherapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc. May lead to better chances of effective recovery from mental illness.
