How to lower triglycerides?

The problem of high triglyceride increases with age. Young adults need a checkup after 5 to 6 years. But if the problem is inherited and you have diabetes, then you have to go through the annual test.

Factors that are responsible for a high level of triglyceride include:

How to lower or prevent the increased level of triglycerides:

  2. Use in your diet heart-healthy foods and lower the use of fats, sugar, and carbohydrates and take more fiber.
  3. Control sugar and blood pressure.

  5. Sleep enough for at least 6-8 hours daily.
  6. Be away from over-stressing.
  7. Leave smoking.

If the level of triglyceride is not lowering, you may have to consult a doctor and take cholesterol-lowering drugs, for example, statins.

But you have to learn this thing first, you have to take care of it yourself. Consulting a doctor would always be the second option. Your first option will be that you maintain your diet so that even the problem of increased triglyceride does not arise, and then if it arises because of one or the other cause, you again need to be strictly related to your health.
